Assessment Center Process

1. Analysis

As part of requirements workshops with relevant stakeholders, we collect success-critical work situations and relevant skills for a realistic exercise concept.
On this basis, we create a rough concept including a competency exercise matrix.
 

2. Conception & pre-process

In order to reflect the different requirements of everyday working life and to make the competencies observable, we design multi-method exercise modules (e.g. interaction situations, business cases, tests, interviews).
In the preliminary process, all participants are informed and prepared for the center.

3. Piloting and rollout

We take responsibility for the content and the process:
Observer training and standardized role-playing behavior,
efficient and transparent process,
standardized assessment system,
high-quality feedback.

4. Follow-up process & sustainability

To ensure that your assessment center remains state-of-the-art, we analyze the results and applicant quality,
the acceptance of participants and observers and
prepare this for you in review appointments.
