The result

After the successful piloting of the Development Center, the project will now be rolled out internationally in a first wave, initially rolled out for 60 internationally active managersIn front of the Development Center there will be a 360° feedback This is then addressed in the follow-up process. The expanded perspectives within the Development Center and the individual coaching provided as a follow-up are particularly positive.
