Our approaches

1. Recognize

Diagnostic elements: Conception of behavior-oriented, realistic simulations based on requirements analyses.
Feedback elements: Multidimensional feedback for in-depth self-knowledge to develop personal development plans.

2. Orientation

Information elements: Participants will receive information about your company's career and career models and will engage in dialogue with the observers.
Reflection elements: In addition, the participants' personal responsibility for their development is strengthened by reflecting on their career aspirations (e.g. reflection interviews on their own development ideas, reflection based on key questions after the simulations).

3. Learning

Individual simulations: Together with our coach/trainer, the participants develop an individual learning goal and select the simulations they want to go through (e.g. pool of different interaction situations, exercise repetitions).
Training elements: Through self-study or guided by our trainers, participants receive mini-theoretical inputs that they can put into practice directly in the simulation sequences.
Our Development or Orientation Center adapts flexibly to your company goals – from identifying strengths to concrete skills development.

The Development Center is often integrated into your existing landscape of development measures (Talent Management). We advise you on Embedding and networking with existing or further development measures to be developed as well as entire Development Center process.
